VARON oxygen concentrator warranty information
The VARON oxygen concentrator comes with a one-year warranty. Should your oxygen concentrator become defective within one year of receiving the device due to manufacturing defects, we offer a free repair service.
Please note that accessories (such as hoses, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. We guarantee the quality of our accessories at the time of purchase, but they are subject to wear and tear.
VARON Independence Warranty Exclusions
● Normal wear and tear: Regular maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal operation are excluded from the warranty.
● Misuse and misuse: Defects or damage resulting from the following causes are excluded from the warranty.
● Improper operation, improper storage, misuse or neglect, e.g. through exposure to smoke or physical damage
● Ingress of liquids, sand, dirt, food or insects/animals
● Exposure to extreme heat and/or humidity
● Use of the product or accessories for commercial purposes or exposure of the product and accessories to abnormal use or conditions
● Lack of preventive maintenance by the user or the provider
● Other actions not attributable to VARON's fault
Unauthorized maintenance or modification: Defects and damage resulting from maintenance, inspection, installation or modification by anyone other than VARON are excluded from coverage.
Warranty claims and procedures
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@varoninc.de within the warranty period. Please provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.
Our customer service team will review the claim and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include troubleshooting, replacing defective parts, or, if necessary, repairing or replacing the oxygen generator.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. VARON will cover the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
Non-transferable.
The warranties contained herein are provided by VARON only to the original purchaser of the products and are non-transferable. The purchaser's original proof of purchase for the products and proof of identity are required for the limited warranties under this agreement to be effective. For the limited warranty set forth herein to be effective, the purchaser must inspect each product within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and before using the product.
Disclaimer
VARON is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the oxygen generator, even if the possibility of such damages has been pointed out. After the warranty for your product has expired, VARON is no longer obligated to cover further replacement and repair costs, as well as shipping costs.
