Oxygen concentrator maintenance:
- Clean the surface of the concentrator regularly.
- Wipe the ventilation grilles with a soft cloth to remove dust.
- Rub lightly to remove stubborn dirt.
Care of the oxygen nasal cannula:
- Clean the nasal cannula at least once a week.
- If you use them daily, you should replace them every two months.
- If used infrequently, you should replace them every three to six months.
- It is generally advised against reusing disposable PVC oxygen nasal cannulas after 3 to 7 uses.
Oxygen generator filter:
- The filter removes dust, dirt, and pollen from the air.
- Clean it once a month to extend the life of the device.
Instructions for using the filter:
- Rinse the air intake filter with clean water every 200 operating hours, let it dry, and then reinstall it.
- Clean the humidifier bottle every three days with 40 ml of vinegar and disinfect it every seven days for 30 minutes with 75% medical alcohol or a chlorine-based disinfectant with 500 mg/l. Rinse it with clean water afterwards and let it dry.
- Replace the secondary filter every 5,000 operating hours. Use only genuine parts.
