This external battery charger is designed to charge VP-8G batteries separately from the device. While the VP-8G battery can be charged directly when connected to the device, this charger allows you to charge an additional battery separately – perfect for keeping a charged spare battery ready and ensuring uninterrupted use.

PS: This charging station works with the AC adapter included with your device. If you want to power the device with mains electricity and charge an additional battery simultaneously, you will need a separate AC adapter. For added convenience, you can choose the "Battery Charger Package" option above, which includes both a charging station and an AC adapter.
